2023 Emmaus Memorial Day Parade

On May 29th the Lehigh Valley Detachment participated in the 2023 Emmaus Memorial Day Parade and Ceremony. It was a wonderful program with a parade starting at the High School and and ending at the Memorial Triangle. After the parade was a ceremony which included a proclamation from the Mayor of Emmaus, a reading of the names of local veterans that passed away over the last year, and the Emmaus Veterans Committee Honor Guard provided a 21 gun salute followed by Taps and Echoes. The town of Emmaus always comes out to show their support for our Veterans and these ceremonies. Below are some of the photos taken as well as a short video of the gun salute.
